Terms and Conditions

By using Taksha ("we", "us", "the Platform") you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 require parent/guardian consent.
You will provide accurate information when creating an account.

2. Account

You are responsible for the security of your credentials.
One user, one account. Using multiple accounts to bypass rules may result in suspension.

3. Acceptable use

Use the Platform only for lawful, personal, non-commercial learning.
Automated tools (bots, scrapers) are prohibited without permission.
Reverse engineering, decompiling or bypassing security is prohibited.

4. AI-generated content

AI-generated questions may occasionally be incorrect — the Platform is provided "as-is".
You are responsible for how you use AI answers in official exams or submissions.
You retain ownership of content you upload (PDFs); you grant us a limited licence to process it.

5. Intellectual property

The Platform's design, code, branding and original content are the property of Taksha. You are granted access for personal use — you may not copy, distribute or resell.

6. Payments

Terms for Premium subscriptions are set out in our Refund Policy. Pricing may change without notice; existing subscriptions retain their current pricing until the end of the billing cycle.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice for a Terms violation. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee accuracy, uptime or any specific outcome (such as exam success).

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Taksha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
