Refund Policy

1. Free plan

The free plan does not carry any charge, so refunds do not apply.

2. Premium subscription

  • 7-day refund window: You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not made significant use of the subscription (≤ 5 tests generated).
  • After significant use: Refunds are not available after 5 tests have been generated or after the 7-day window has passed.
  • Annual plans: A pro-rated refund for unused months is available (minus a 10% processing fee) if requested within the first 30 days.

3. How to request a refund

  1. Email info@taksha.education from your registered email address.
  2. Include your order ID and the reason for the refund.
  3. Our team will review and respond within 3–5 working days.
  4. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

4. Non-refundable

  • Add-on credits or one-time purchases (such as custom PDF processing).
  • Subscriptions terminated due to a policy violation.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we will resolve issues quickly. Filing a direct chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
