+How do I generate a test?
From the dashboard, click 'Generate test with TAKSHA', choose a topic or subject and select the number of questions. Your test will be ready in about 30 seconds.
+Is Taksha free?
Yes — the free plan includes 3 tests per day. Premium unlocks unlimited tests, PDF uploads and detailed weak-area analysis.
+Can TAKSHA generate incorrect questions?
TAKSHA-generated questions may occasionally be wrong. Every question includes an explanation with the source and reasoning — please verify important content.
+How do I update my profile / photo?
Click the profile icon at the top right of the dashboard. From there you can edit your name, date of birth, photo and exam preferences.
+How do I pay / what is the refund policy?
Premium is coming soon. After launch, payments are handled securely through PayU (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets). The full refund policy is on our Refund Policy page.
+How do I delete my data?
Email info@taksha.education from your registered email address — we'll delete your account and data within 7 days (as required by the DPDP Act 2023).
+The website is slow / a test won't load — what should I do?
First, refresh your browser and clear the cache. If the problem persists, please email support with a screenshot.
