+How do I generate a test?
From the dashboard, click 'Generate test with AI', choose a topic or subject and select the number of questions. Your test will be ready in about 30 seconds.
+Is Taksha free?
Yes — the free plan includes 3 tests per day. Premium unlocks unlimited tests, PDF uploads and detailed weak-area analysis.
+Can the AI generate incorrect questions?
AI-generated questions may occasionally be wrong. Every question includes an explanation with the source and reasoning — please verify important content.
+How do I update my profile / photo?
Click the profile icon at the top right of the dashboard. From there you can edit your name, date of birth, photo and exam preferences.
+How do I pay / what is the refund policy?
Premium is coming soon. After launch, payments will be available through Razorpay/Stripe. The full refund policy is on our Refund Policy page.
+How do I delete my data?
Email info@taksha.education from your registered email address — we'll delete your account and data within 7 days (as required by the DPDP Act 2023).
+The website is slow / a test won't load — what should I do?
First, refresh your browser and clear the cache. If the problem persists, please email support with a screenshot.
