Grievance Officer

How to file a grievance

  1. Email the Grievance Officer at the address above.
  2. Subject line: "Grievance — [short summary of your issue]".
  3. Include your name, registered email/phone, a detailed description of the issue, any relevant screenshots or URLs, and your desired resolution.

Resolution timeline

  • Acknowledgement: within 24 hours.
  • Resolution: within 15 days of receiving the complaint (as required by IT Rules 2021).
  • Child safety / sexual content: action within 24 hours.

Escalation

If a satisfactory resolution is not provided within 15 days, you may appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee (GAC), Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India, at gac.gov.in.
